Nick is a serial entrepreneur with a formal education in real estate, land use, and finance from California State University Sacramento. Nick is a licensed general engineering (A) and general building (B) contractor in California. He is also a licensed real estate broker. Nick actively runs a construction management and real estate consulting firm in Northern California.

In the past 6 years Nick has focused on strategic management for 1 million square feet of fiscally challenged commercial properties while managing multimillion dollar construction projects. Nick is also tackling innovative projects in the energy sector. Having formed and successfully operated multiple companies in 3 industries, Nick understands firsthand the challenges entrepreneurs and small business owners face.

He strongly believes in the resources provided to small businesses by the SBDC and is committed to connecting clients to the SBDC’s vast network of business professionals to meet their unique needs.
