BACKGROUND
Crescent Trail Rides guided horseback rides offer an unforgettable experience through the Redwood National & State Park (Redwoods Ride) and Tolowa Dunes State Park (Beach Ride). They have been in operation for over 12 years.
CHALLENGES
Initially, Crescent Trail Rides reached out to the SBDC for help increasing their bookings. They were delighted to find many other great resources as well!
ACTION
Working with their SBDC advisor, they were able to get their bookkeeping system set-up and running effectively. SBDC also helped her hire employees and streamline and manage almost every aspect of the business, including navigating support options resulting from the pandemic.
RESULTS
As a result of the advisor’s support and the knowledge gained from SBDC courses, the client secured capital, added full time and part time employees, and increased their revenue.
