This program is designed for winery owners and managers who want to get a better grasp on their tasting room program at their winery and learn to provide excellent service, speak effectively about wine with their guests and sell (more) wine in the tasting room.
This program created by Master Sommelier David Glancy will impart the artful strategy involved in speaking about wine with your guests, understanding your winery’s wine list, suggesting food & wine pairing experiences, creating club and bottle sales through service, delivering value, and moving with confidence. With lessons that are immediately useful in the tasting room, this class will help students take their sales and service skills to the next level and be ready to train their teams effectively. There will be a list of items to purchase ahead of the class for instructional purposes.
