California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

The California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s (CAHCC) program priority is to focus on underserved communities, respond to COVID-19 economic disruptions and to promote a sustainable, economic business development program that will build a strong ecosystem for Hispanic entrepreneurs. 

CAHCC has the opportunity to fulfill the need for financial, capital access, and business technical assistance for Hispanic businesses in urban and rural communities in Northern and Central California Counties.

California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce

The California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce’s focus is on building the readiness of minority business enterprises to successfully secure capital, compete for a contract, and identify strategic partners to support and facilitate MBE integration into commercial and public-sector supply chains.  CalAsian aims to help minority-owned firms penetrate new markets, grow in size, and maintain competitiveness.

Centro Community Partners (Centro) fosters socioeconomic change by providing business advisory services and leadership programs to rising, yet underserved entrepreneurs who want to launch or grow their businesses and create jobs in their communities. 

Centro’s mission is to build thriving communities by providing underrepresented, low-income entrepreneurs with business education, one-on-one advising, mentorship, and access to capital.

Northern California Financial Development Corp

Northern California Financial Development Corporation (Nor-Cal FDC) emphasizes on reaching out to and assisting minority, women, disabled and veterans-owned businesses, as well as businesses in underserved communities and industries of greater need.

Nor-Cal FDC works with local banks and non-bank lenders to make small to medium-sized business loans that are not traditionally bankable by providing small business lending utilizing the State Small Business Loan Guarantee Program.  Through Nor-Cal FDC’s partnerships and the right loan program, clients can obtain the capital they need to start, build and grow their business.

Community Development Services

Community Development Services (CDS) provides business planning and financial assistance to small businesses primarily focusing on rural areas. CDS offers direct services to SBDC clients in the areas of financial planning, management, operations, and access to capital. Currently, they focus all available resources on revitalizing and rebuilding communities impacted by multiple wildfire and other economic disasters in Northern California counties.

Port Labs, LLC.

Port Labs, LLC. is committed to establishing relationships with manufacturer communities, creating specialized programs, and providing specialized support for manufacturers across the region. Their focus in manufacturing includes: adjusting to shifts in the supply chain, adapting existing products and services to a changing marketplace, modernizing design, prototyping, production workflow, assistance with opening new lines of business, adjusting to changes in a competitive landscape, product design, and market strategies.

Northern California World Trade Center

Northern California World Trade Center focuses on the international trade market and the import and export arena. The WTC NorCal helps companies develop their international business through education, resources, and connections. The WTC NorCal helps foster international diplomacy by connecting leaders from around the world with their counterparts in Northern California and fosters collaboration and promotes business development for companies in Northern California. NorCalWTC trade missions allow members to meet face-to-face with potential international business partners and foreign government decision-makers, as well as explore new export and investment opportunities.
