A self-described small business advocate, Louise Dawson, as the Restaurant Program Manager is committed to the restaurant and food industry, her clients, and her team. She has spent the last year and a half developing new support for restaurants during these challenging times. As a former restaurant owner of two restaurants and a catering company and an SBDC advisor for 15 years, Louise’s background and experience helps her to create hands on tools and resources for the clients of the Restaurant Program.
Influenced by her SBDC Advisor, Charlie Monaghan, when she was operating her restaurants, she possesses a true desire to support others in her industry. She and her team look forward to helping you in the next phase of your business.
