Kendra Higgins is the HR/Office Manager at the NorCal SBDC Lead Center and loves helping people solve problems to make their working lives better. She has spent the majority of her career in higher education, gaining experience in areas such as accounting, budget creation and employee on-boarding.

While Human Resources is her primary job function, Kendra also enjoys cycling and disc golfing.
