Javier Sandes was born and raise in Buenos Aires Argentina. He moved to the USA in 2001 and received his Associate degree at Berkeley City College in 2008.
Javier is fluent in Spanish and English and has 20 years of experience working in the food industry. He established Primo’s Parrilla, an Argentine food truck in 2009, and Javi’s Cooking, an Argentine Empanada wholesale business in 2011.
Javier is currently running his business and operations on a daily basis.
