We believe access to information to run a successful business should be open to all small businesses and we’re proud to provide services to entrepreneurs in many different languages. Each business helps create a more vibrant local community and contributes to the local economy’s strength through jobs, revenues, and unique services.

As business experts, we know for a fact that encouraging a culture of diversity and inclusion is more than just the right thing to do. It’s good business.
According to the Boston Consulting Group, businesses that embrace more diverse teams have 19% higher revenues due to innovation. In Northern California, we are fortunate to have an extremely diverse network of businesses that support their communities. And we work hard to reflect that same diversity, with 54% of advisors identifying as women and 40% of our network representing people of color.
