Swinerton Subcontractor Outreach No 2: Kresge College Project

Swinerton Subcontractor Outreach No 2: Kresge College Project

Tuesday, January 14, 2020 10:00am to 3:00pm

Swinerton has been selected as the General Contractor for the Kresge College Renewal Project at UC Santa Cruz and is pleased to announce upcoming Trade Subcontractor Outreach Meetings.

These meetings are intended to inform Trade Subcontractors about this project and the available contracting opportunities. While attendance is NOT mandatory as a prerequisite to bid, it is highly recommended. This project is currently underway with minimal trade work released to maintain schedule. We anticipate bid solicitations to begin on or about the end of January 2020 and awards to follow in late March 2020.

Topics include prequalifications, scope of work packaging, procurement process, and project schedule. Information provided during each session of each day will be identical to accommodate demanding schedules. At the end of each presentation, we open the floor for questions and offer time for networking with the project team. There is no need to attend more than one outreach event.

RSVP directly to Sharon Borelli at sborelli@swinerton.com or 209.471.1447. Feel free to ask any questions.
