goods, local and regional by nature
• The legal requirements from permitting and licensing
• How to find a kitchen and/or production space
• Goal Setting
• What to consider with packaging, sales and delivery
• Food trends, branding and finding your market
• Promote and connect with buyers, from consumers to
restaurants, markets and “provisioners”
