CC SBDC announces a three-part Website Development & Optimization Webinar Series to introduce the best practices for website design, development and optimization to the small business owner, discussing both how to improve an existing website and how to design and build a new one. It explains the vital role a website plays in promoting your business, and demonstrates techniques for optimizing the performance of your website and maximizing the value for your business.

Part 2 - Refining Your Web Presence

The “Refining Your Web Presence” webinar is the second of three webinars in the Website Development and Optimization webinar series. Its content is focused on Website Content and Optimization issues, and includes the following topics:
* Website Development & Hosting Webinar Review
* Common Website and Internet Myths
* Website Content & Navigation Guidelines
* Website Performance Assessment & Monitoring
* Search Engine Optimization (SEO) 

In total, the three webinars will cover domain registration pitfalls, hosting options, website design tools & best practices and user experience guidelines. You will also learn basic and advanced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to improve your websites placement in Search Results. And, you will learn Web 2.0 techniques and tools for increasing customer engagement on your website (e.g. Blogs, Online Chat, etc.) and customer engagement outside your website (e.g. Social Media, Online Directories, etc.).  Watch for upcoming notices for Parts II and III of this Webinar Series!
