This class is designed to assist your small business to re-open in accordance with the state and local guidelines safely for staff and customers. Tim Connor will provide a step-by-step guide for reviewing your business practices, identifying potential challenges and transitioning to operation during Shelter-In-Place. Also covering opportunities to not just recover your customers but also ways to reassure them as they begin to leave the safety of their homes.

Timothy Connor has more than 20 years of experience in the medical and behavioral fields including opening and managing in-patient and out-patient facilities, training in infection control, and development of facility procedures for patient and staff health.
