Please join us for a joint webinar featuring representatives from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and Capitol Region Small Business Development Center (Capitol Region SBDC).

• The SBA will discuss SBA programs and services to assist your business during the COVID-19 crisis. The presentation will cover COVID-19 relief programs, SBA loan programs, federal contracting programs, small business trainings, and one-on-one business counseling available at no cost. Learn about available resources and how to access them.

• The Capitol Region SBDC will discuss strategies on how to pivot your business. While the initial shock of 2020's events has passed, our businesses are still adapting to our new environment. The good news is this kind of thing has happened before, so we know there is a way to maneuver through it. And the better news? With change comes opportunity - if we know what to look for.

By changing your value proposition with customer cooperation, you can pivot and take advantage of the new opportunities this year has for all of us. Just by listening to customers, you can find out what they really care about and make it easy and delightful for them to interact with your business.
