This workshop is designed for individuals who want to increase their chances for starting a successful business. Learn how to establish realistic goals and objectives, determine startup costs, as well as various methods of financing your startup. Includes a well collected list of helpful "modern thinking" tips to use to make your business a success!

Topics covered will include the following:

  • How to organize your Business Plan
  • What the bank/investor expects to see
  • How to prepare projections of revenue & expenses
  • Step by step explanation of each Business Plan section
  • Examine a sample Business Plan
  • Every participant receives a Business Plan Checklist and sample Plan
