Six hour training followed by the ServSafe Food Safety Manager certification exam -- in one day!

Under California State Health Code at least one person in each food service operation must be Food Manager Safety certified. Certification is recognized nationwide and is good for five years. 

Please note that a valid photo ID is required to take the exam.

Course fees are due at the time of registration. Seats are not confirmed until full payment has been received. All trainings require a minimum number of students, so all classes are subject to cancellation 48 hours before the training event begins if there is low enrollment. All fees are refundable up to 24 hours before training event. Please note that refunds for Food Safety trainings require a 48-hour notice.
