How much of your own money is required when purchasing an existing business. How important is the existing lease agreement when negotiating your deal? And what are you willing to pay for rent. What if you’re purchasing the business as well as the property, what should you expect? Should you have an appraisal done on the business when selling or when buying, who should pay for the appraisal? Learn to negotiate your deal. Learn to close the deal.
