If you are buying or selling a small business then this workshop is for you. Learn to position your business for sale, get the best price possible, and learn what the buyer and the lender will need from you during the process. 

If you’re interested in purchasing an existing business learn the process, understand the terms and conditions of the purchase. Understand what the lenders are looking for in order to fund your deal. How much of your own money is required when purchasing an existing business. How important is the existing lease agreement when negotiating your deal? And what are you willing to pay for rent. What if you’re purchasing the business as well as the property, what should you expect? Should you have an appraisal done on the business when selling or when buying, who should pay for the appraisal? Learn to negotiate your deal. Learn to close the deal.
