COVID-19: Marketing your Small Business During the Holiday's

Thursday, December 3, 2020 3:00pm to 5:00pm

Wise business consultants suggest their clients take serious account of consumer behavior during the pandemic. If market information isn't obtained from consumer behavior, a fledgling micro-enterprise can fail. Shoppers now have so many choices that no one knows how this holiday season will play out.

There are keys that can be obtained from market data. In 2017, holiday shoppers viewed pricing as the most important factor influencing buying decisions. In 2018, customer sentiment shifted to customer service and on-time fulfillment as popular reasons that led to purchases. Last year, discount prices and flexible return schemes were at the heart of shoppers' concerns. In 2020, everything has changed this year because of the pandemic.

This webinar will cover market data, that business owners need to be aware of as well as new patterns that have emerged.
