“Empowered women lift their entire communities.” -Goldman Sachs, 10,000 Women Project

Welcome to Business Balance. This group meets once a month to learn new skills. Attendees get to share their ambitions and challenges, and the group supports and encourages each other to take on new challenges. It’s a great place to exchange ideas, share best practices, and network with other women in business while learning skills that support your business and personal success.

What if you could experience this COVID era as an opportunity to pause, refine your vision, and streamline who you are professionally and how you work? With uncertainty being the new norm, are you seeking more clarity and direction in your life and career? Without a good framework, change and transition can feel confusing, overwhelming, or even destabilizing.

This 60-minute workshop will help you assess and take stock of where you presently are, give you the opportunity to reflect and (re)evaluate your current goals, and discover ways to apply your valuable energy more specifically and effectively. With a clearer idea of what’s alive in you now, you will be better able to see the action steps (or non-action steps) before you, and feel calm, steady and resourceful amidst any work or life transition.

In this Workshop you will:
- Learn all about the cycle model
- Assess where your work is in the cycle
- Explore your current work satisfaction
- Learn tips and helpful exercises for using this model as a tool
