99% of startups never succeed in raising venture funding. A good idea and a smart team usually aren’t enough to raise money in today’s investment climate. The Tech Futures Group presents a 5-part series on preparing to raise venture capital: the essential elements to complete before you start raising that will set you and your company apart from the pack. The sessions cover critical aspects of customer validation, product development and the path to MVP, GTM strategy and execution, and wrapping it all together into a compelling pitch deck.

The series is appropriate for any company looking for Pre-seed, seed, or series A funding. Examples and expert commentators come from B2B SaaS, but can be generalized to any industry.

In session 3 you will discover how to tap into $4 billion available annually through the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs to conduct research and development for commercialization of novel innovations and technologies. This webinar will help you determine if your innovation is a good fit for SBIR/STTR funding and how to find opportunities for funding through the eleven federal agencies that participate in the SBIR/STTR program.
