Source Diverse Source Local is a five-week online training and mentoring program offered by the Norcal SBDC to help any business or entrepreneur in the Norcal region interested in selling to large corporations. The Source Diverse Source Local program is a public-private collaboration to strengthen an inclusive procurement and resilient California-based supply chain. After completing the program, business owners will gain access to our no-cost one-on-one business consulting to assist in furthering the success of their business.

All workshops will be online webinars, and participants must attend all sessions!

The fifth and final session will bring the action steps about scaling into sharp focus as we look at how different large organizations work to diversify their small business vendors. This session will feature a shorter lecture portion by its instructor, Steve Roth, and a longer panel discussion from purchasing and procurement managers representing a broad cross-section of buyers.
