The California Restaurant Association is partnering with Solano Small Business Development Center to offer an IN PERSON ServSafe Food Protection Manager training and exam!
What is the ServSafe Food Protection Manager training and exam? California law requires every food service establishment to have at least one employee who has obtained a Food Protection Manager certificate. This one-day session will review the key terms and concepts from the ServSafe® textbook and is followed by a 90-question, multiple-choice accredited exam.
Cost for training and exam is normally $175 but enter code SAFE2021 at checkout for $25 off! Cost includes textbook, scantron, review session + exam.
