Over the past few years, crowdfunding has become an increasingly popular and effective way to fund new innovations and businesses. The goal of this webinar is to understand how crowdfunding can be used as an alternative form for financing and how it can be complementary to more traditional forms of funding. The webinar will cover:

1. Review of the most popular crowdfunding platforms like Kickstarter, Indiegogo, WeFunder, etc.

2. Introduction to equity crowdfunding where companies can raise up to $5 million from the crowd

3. Overview of best practices for a successful crowdfunding campaign

4. Learn how to decide if crowdfunding is right for you and which platform to choose
