Opening a business requires knowledge that goes beyond the talent needed to envision a business.  It is necessary to know what are the key steps to take to minimize errors that cost money and time. Join Norcal SBDC Restaurant Advisor Adriana Lopez Vermut and the Alameda SBDC for a webinar focused on small business owners, with ongoing operations or about to start operations, presented in Spanish. 

This 8-week seminar will provide information that helps navigate the entrepreneurial system in the USA. This information will be relevant to those that have an ongoing concern or are thinking about opening a business.  

Presented by Adriana Lopez Vermut, Norcal Restaurant Program Advisor. Adriana was the owner of Pica Pica Arepa Kitchen, a restaurant offering Venezuelan Arepas with a 100% gluten-free menu. Through Pica Pica Arepa Kitchen, Adriana successfully introduced a new food concept in the Bay Area and even went on to be featured on Food Network with Guy Fieri on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Adriana brings experience in opening locations, managing day to day operations, brand development, and marketing and sales.
