Join the Norcal SBDC Restaurant Program for an intensive four-part bootcamp on restaurant financials, hosted by financial expert and Regional Advisor Paul Bozzo and SBDC Restaurant Program Manager Louise Dawson. The goal is to do a deep dive into understanding and producing restaurant financials. The takeaway will be to have a full set of financial projections and budgets that are ready to show lenders, investors or landlords. The Restaurant Financials Boot Camp is designed for serious entrepreneurs ready to commit the time to take their financial skills to the next level.
Presented by SBDC Restaurant Program manager Louise Dawson, whom has has spent the past two years developing new support for restaurants during these challenging times. As a former restaurant owner of two restaurants and a catering company and an SBDC advisor for 15 years, Louise’s background and experience helps her to create hands on tools and resources for the clients of the Restaurant Program.
Also presented by the general advisor of the Norcal SBDC Tech Futures group, Paul Bozzo. Paul has over 25 years of professional experience in start-up strategy, strategic planning, angel/VC financing, SBA lending, and equity crowdfunding. Paul’s specialty is working with entrepreneurial ventures to refine their business model, create an investment-driven business plan and prepare an effective funding presentation.
