Presented by Mani Niall, a chef, baker, entrepreneur, and founder of two successful bakery-cafes. He is a former Executive Chef for national wholesaler Just Desserts and an author of four cookbooks. As a hands-on food R&D (research and development) chef, he has worked with start-ups entering the food industry to the creation of bench samples for nationally known brands.
