Under the direction of the North Coast SBDC Center Director, this position will be an experienced and organized professional who is skilled at managing multiple levels of complexity with discipline and attention to detail. This position will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational aspects of North Coast SBDC. This includes supervising the Center Coordinator, and student interns.

SBDC Administrative Coordinator

Full Time, Exempt, 12 months/year | Sacramento, CA

The SBDC Administrative Coordinator will interact with business owners, advisors, stakeholders, and Metro Chamber staff via phone, email, and virtual platforms. Ensures small business owners are supported by providing quality customer service, accurate data entry, timely scheduling, and using creativity for managing social media.
