In the first and second in a series of essential skills workshops, these trainings explore the characteristics of individuals that are successful in their organizations as employees, contractors or even management/ownership. These include communication skills, relationships with others, problem solving and personal empowerment.

If you are registered for a class and are unable to attend, please notify the Small Business Development Center at (925) 602-6840 as soon as possible as other applicants may be waitlisted. Attendee substitutions can be made at any time and at no cost. The following cancellation/rescheduling policy applies to all classes unless noted otherwise. Contra Costa SBDC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient enrollment.
