Leasing Commercial Space-New Tips and Tactics to Ensure Success

Commercial building owners have a strong background in negotiating leases, which most commercial tenants lack. This presentation can help you equalize it by showing you what to do and how to do it when you find a retail space to lease. We will focus on Retail and Restaurant businesses but it can be applied to other industries as well. Whether you are new to the process or have done it before, you will learn successful strategies to make the leasing process a win-win for everyone. 

Duane Stinson is a business owner with more than 40 years of experience in business management, especially the restaurant industry. He has coached many business owners, and understands the negotiation process and the financial requirements needed to get into a successful lease.
