The presenter for this workshop is Wayne Gross. Mr. Gross is Customer Liaison and SB/DVBE Advocate for the State of California Department of General Services, Procurement Division, Certifications and Outreach Branch. He educates business seeking to understand and navigate the State's procurement system.
